7-Day Trial Period
Upon enrolling in our program, customers are required to make their first payment, either as a monthly or yearly subscriber. However, we offer a 7-day trial period from the date of payment to allow you to explore our offerings and determine if they meet your needs.
If within these 7 days you decide not to continue, you must notify us in writing before the trial period ends. Upon receiving your notification, we will process a full refund of your initial payment. No further charges will be made.
Cancellation of Future Payments
If you choose not to continue beyond the 7-day trial, you must notify us before the period ends to ensure you are not billed for the next cycle. Failure to cancel within the 7-day period will result in continued subscription charges according to your selected plan (monthly or yearly). Refunds will not be provided for charges incurred after the trial period.
Yearly Subscription Refunds
For customers who opt for a yearly plan and choose to cancel after the 7-day trial, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription. However, you may disable auto-renewal to prevent future charges.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team HERE with your account details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
